Terms of Service for Try On Clothes

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using the Try On Clothes app ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Try On Clothes is an application that allows users to upload photos of themselves and clothing items to generate AI-powered virtual try-on previews. The service relies on third-party AI providers and cloud infrastructure to process your requests.

3. Subscriptions and Purchases

We offer 3 free generations each month. After your free quota is exhausted, you may purchase a subscription via the App Store to continue using the service. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your account settings on the App Store after purchase.

4. User Content and Conduct

You are solely responsible for the photos you upload. You agree not to upload any images that are unlawful, explicitly prohibited, non-consensual, infringing on intellectual property, or otherwise violate the safety guidelines of our AI providers.

Our automated safety and moderation systems may block or refuse to process images or prompts that violate these rules. Repeated violations may result in account termination without refund.

5. Intellectual Property

You retain your rights to any images you submit. By submitting images, you grant us a temporary license to process them for the sole purpose of generating your requested virtual try-on previews. We do not claim ownership over the generated output images, and you are free to use them as you wish, subject to the terms of our AI providers.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App and generated images are provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee that the AI-generated results will be accurate, realistic, or meet your specific expectations. We are not liable for any service interruptions, API failures, or loss of generated images.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Try On Clothes and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the App or generated content.

8. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms of Service. You may also delete your account at any time from within the App.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the "Effective Date" at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
